For businesses located in or expanding into one of our two Enterprise Zones, CREDC may be able to offer the advantages of being located in a zone. CREDC administers the Technology Corridor Enterprise Zone, the largest Enterprise Zone in Pennsylvania, and the Perry County Enterprise Zone. CREDC is also a liaison for Pennsylvania's Business Retention and Expansion Program. Through this initiative, CREDC visits many local businesses on an annual basis, assessing their business needs and getting them in touch with service providers that can help.
